Changed internet provider
Recently changed my internet provider from Fios to Spectrum - is this why my ride didn’t upload from the Karoo 2 to the Hammerhead App?

Hi Bob, Changing your internet provider from Fios to Spectrum shouldn’t affect your ride uploads, as long as your Karoo 2 is properly connected to the new Wi-Fi network. We recommend checking if the device is connected to your Spectrum Wi-Fi and that the connection is stable. You can also check if the Wi-Fi is properly connected to your phone or not. If the ride hasn’t uploaded yet, try restarting your Karoo 2 and syncing the ride.
