Light sensor problem - VS800s

Hi, I'm having trouble with my IGPSPORT VS800S light. I can't connect it to my Karoo. When I go to the sensors tab with the light on, it doesn't find it. Has anyone had a similar problem or have any ideas on how to solve this?

  Hi Slawomir, we have seen similar reports from other riders as they were trying to connect the radar sensor from IGPSPORT, and it looks like this is a common issue when you are trying to connect the IGPSPORT VS800S light to the Karoo. In our research, we even found a rider on a third-party seller’s page mentioning the same problem. Since the Karoo connects without any issues to other brands, we suggest reporting this directly to IGPSPORT support for further assistance
