When I say next week, what I really mean is today.

Here you go. I build it in less than a day, so I expect some bugs. Let me know and I'll fix them up sharpish.

Hi James, this looks great. Thanks for putting this together!

I’m having a little problem getting my sensor paired. I installed the app from the latest release via the companion app and that worked fine. Gave location permission, and permission to determine relative position of nearby devices (those are the only two prompts I got). I entered the Sensor ID on the settings page (I tried both upper and lower case letters), saved the settings, and then added the VE and VE Graph fields to a profile. I went to that profile, but the fields are showing ‘—‘. I didn’t get a prompt to allow bluetooth or to pair the sensor. Did I miss a step? Can you think of something else I could try?

    Thanks!

@David you need to go into the sensor page as any other sensor and pair.

@James This works great, even the integration with Intervals.icu works. I'm so impressed by how you have been able to this and not Hammerhead. This is truly amazing and crazy that they couldn't do it.

Thanks Ben! That did it. When I went to the sensor page the first time, the puzzle piece (ie. extensions) icon wasn't there (just ant, bt, axs), and nothing was showing in the bt tab. I tried again and it worked great.

Thanks James! It's very nicely done for a quick hack. I was on the verge of trying to find a cheap used Garmin 530. I'm Glad I can avoid that.

It's a new world. I'm not a developer and I built it in an afternoon.

I'd argue it's more feature-complete than the official Garmin app as the MI %/battery is genuinely useful.

James, does this work with a Karoo 2?

No idea, give it a go. If it doesn't I won't be able to do much about it as I only have a K3 to test.

Hey James! I added a few request and ideas to GitHub. Really enjoying the integration. Will send some coffee later on!

I've updated K-Breathe to have much more resilient connectivity to the device.
