Karoo 3 Distance mistake

Just did a ride on Spec Levo 4 with K3. The distance of the ride is off by approximately 2 times. Also recorded the ride via Specilized app and the difference is 2 times+ Checked the wheel size. It is automatically set at 2155. I also have MTB and Road bike and so far they both seem to be correct with the distance. Only on Levo4 i got such a big difference.

  Hi, i ride a Specialized Levo G3 with Karoo3.

  The Specialized Speed Sensor is connected via ANT plus to the Karoo3

  Well, experienced the same Distance Errors randomly.
  
  

  According to Support or Forums you could try to set the Wheel Circumference manually.
  Mine was set by Karoo in Automode to 2155, but i measured it and its 2210.

  But i dont think this is the Problem because the wrong Distances are doubled or even more totally random.
  I could not recreate it. I have the Feeling it has to do with GPS Errors, im on a Ride and suddenly the Distance is totally wrong without any visible Trigger.

  I tried Factory Reset etc without Succes, installed all Updates...

  Other Solution is to disable the Spec. Speed Sensor in Karoo and use the internal GPS. But that is no Option for me because its not accurate enough deep in the Woods.

  So far i had the Distance off in 3 Rides from 12
  Its really annoying, tbh i never had this Problem with Garmin.

  The Recordings from native SPEC. Bike App are always correct in Distance

  Im happy with the Karoo but this is bad!

  Maybe you can send HH Support your .fit file from those Rides ?
