Unit going crazy

I tried to use my Karoo 2 after about 2 weeks of inactivity. From the moment I turned it on the screen seemed to be cycling through different processes unprompted. Swiping down from the top causes it to b switch quickly between all the menus and will not respond to inputs. The only way to stop this is to turn it off. The unit also keeps and uploading rides of about a second in duration. If I don’t swipe down, it will go to the map and jump from location to location. Any idea what might be causing this?

  Hello,
  I have a similar issue with my Karoo 2 - it feels like a Button is always pressed and scrolls either down or up.

  I can stop the random scroll if I slightly press on the sides of the case (not the buttons).

  Is there anything I can do about this?
