Feature request: Send email with live tracking link when starting an activity

Ex-wahoo/new karoo user here.

 

My wahoo Roam unit automatically sent an email with a live tracking link when I started a new activity.  I used this option so my gf could track me.  I'm not young anymore and I always tell her for how long I'm out and when I will be back. :)

I know there are some possibilities by using Strava, Kaction mod etc.  But none of them really works that well.  At least not in my case.

  To my understanding, this has been added with the latest firmware and HH companion app. After an update of both devices (Karoo and smartphone), you can select contacts in the companion app on your smartphone and a link is sent when you start a new activity.

  Damn!  you're right!  Amazing.  I post my request at the same time as an update is pushed out.  Funny. :)
