Can not charge Karoo 2

My Karoo 2 will not charge.

Last ride was in sunny conditions so not impact from weather/water. And have used same charger several times. Have tried numerous different cables & only charged through laptop - same outcome.

Not possible to "force boot" the Karoo 2 either.

All suggestions are very welcome.

  Hi Thomas,

  Sorry to hear about your Karoo! It could be that your Karoo is completely discharged. I would recommend that you try to trickle charge your Karoo 2 via a charger that supplies current between 1.2A to 2A at 5V.

  If trickle charging does not help then please submit a ticket with us and we will assist you further!

  Hi Akhil
  During the last 2m5 weeks I have tried the following.

  • Charging with sources I know from past have been able to - no success.
  • Leaving the Karoo to, possibly drain battery, and then try to recharge - no success

  Please help advice what else can be done? Or will I need to submit a ticket for the isse - and if so, how should that be done?
