I wanna suggest you to hold the power button for a good 15–20 seconds  longer than you’d expect until it finally woke up. If that doesn’t work, plug it into your charger and try again after a few minutes. It’s like giving it a strong cup of coffee. Once it reboots, it usually behaves like nothing ever happened!

    Hey Max,

If your Karoo isn’t powering on, try the following steps:

Plug it into a regular (non–fast-charging) USB charger using the supplied USB-C cable and leave it connected for at least 30–40 minutes. If the battery was fully drained, it can take a while before it shows signs of life again.

If the device still doesn’t respond, try charging from a computer USB port or a charger rated between 1.2A and 2.5A, as fast chargers may not wake a deeply discharged unit.

If none of these steps help, please reach out to our support team directly with your device’s serial number and we’ll take a closer look and guide you further.
