POI distances in upcoming turns drawer - unclear and seemingly incorrect
In the upcoming turns drawer (cue sheet), there's a POI list showing points of interest with distances. However, the distances don't seem accurate, especially on longer routes (>150km).
The issue: POIs further along the route sometimes show smaller distances than POIs that are coming up sooner. I'd expect these to be distances along the selected route, but they don't match that.
Questions:
- Which distance is actually being reported? (straight-line? along route? something else?)
- Is this a bug or working as intended?
Feature requests:
- Always show distance along the active route when navigating
- Document this behavior at https://support.hammerhead.io/hc/en-us/articles/25642819120795-Karoo-OS-Turn-by-Turn-Directions
Has anyone else noticed this? Am I misunderstanding what these distances represent?

They represent the distance along the route relative to the previous POI. Considering that, I found the reported distances to be accurate when I tried using the feature on my device.
I wanted to have a list of POIs with the distance being relative to my current position on the route though, so I've implemented it like that in my RouteGraph extension and now use that on every ride instead of the native POI cue sheet.
