Transfer profile from Karoo2 to Karoo3?

    Hi Bob, Thank you for contacting us.
    I've created a support ticket for you, and I’ll be assisting you further.

    The profile should sync once you log in to your Karoo. For that, please ensure the following two points:

    1. If you’re using your Hammerhead email and password to log in on the website, make sure to use the same credentials on your Karoo 2 as well, not the SRAM SSO login.

    2. Your Karoo should have a stable internet connection for some time to allow all data to sync properly.

    Hi Aishwarya,

    Thanks for your response. I did log in with my Hammerhead account (username/password). I have now tried logging out and logging back in from my Karoo 3 and still the old profiles from Karoo 2 did not sync over.

    Curiously, I noticed the new profiles I set up in Karoo 3 actually sync'd over to Karoo2.

    Let me play with it a bit and give an update later.

    Hmm, ok, now the old profiles have sync'd to Karoo 3. Cool.

    However, the sensors have not sync'd over. This is less of a hassle, but I want to make sure that this is by design.

    Hi Bob,

    Thank you for sharing the updates. I’m glad to know that the profiles have been synced successfully.

    Please note that sensors are paired and connected on a per-device basis, so you’ll need to pair them again. This works similarly to how devices need to be reconnected when switching phones.
