    Hi Jerry, Sorry to hear about the trouble that you have encountered. I would like to investigate the issue further as this is certainly not acceptable behavior.

    I assume that you have updated the Power Meter to the latest firmware version and the batteries of the Power Meter have sufficient charge. For us to investigate the issue, could you please share the FIT files of the affected Rides at support@hammerhead.io and the serial number of your Karoo?
