Karoo 2 unresponsive
AnsweredLast evening, just before a ride, the Karoo 2 stopped working. It boot up, but wouldnt show any of the profiles on the main screen, just a white screen with the 2 button icons at the bottom. Wouldnt let me start a ride.
I went to the settings screen and to account option - but wouldnt show anything there. Needless to say - i could not record the ride at the start point.
Had to intiate a hard factory reset - but then to download maps over a mobile hotspot in 5 mins before the ride, became tough.
Now i have set it all up again and everything has downloaded from the cloud. But my profiles havent and i had spent a fair bit of time customizing the same.
Can you help do the same and also identify the root cause of this issue?

Thank you for posting! We are sorry to hear that you could not record your ride as expected on the Karoo. Seems like it was stuck on a boot loop and post the reset seems like the sync between the Karoo and the dashboard is not perfect.
Could you please sign out of the hammerhead account on the Karoo and reboot the unit? Once it powered up please go ahead and log back into the Hammerhead account. This should sync all of your profiles, Rides & routes back onto the unit.
I would urge you to download the offline maps via a Wifi network as it would consume a lot of data.
