Radar tap target
PlannedI love the radar integration, especially that you can hide the radar while driving. This is very helpful when, for example, you are riding next to a busy road on a cycle path. However, I find it not easy to hit the symbol correctly to turn the radar back on. If you press a little too far up, it is probably interpreted as an attempt at a swipe gesture and nothing happens. I then press frantically on my K2 and that's just when I feel it's getting more dangerous again - that's why I try to reactivate the radar. There is nothing else in the top left corner that you can press. Would it therefore be possible to (significantly) enlarge the touch target and also accept pressing over the edge of the screen as input? Oh yes, I also find it difficult to recognise whether the symbol is crossed out or not while driving. An icon that is more clearly distinguishable from the active state would therefore also be very helpful for me (with not so great eyesight). Thank you!

Hey Marco,
This is certainly a UI/UX aspect that we can definitely improve! I have shared your post with my team for their reference and feedback. Based on the number of similar requests from the community and the amount of effort required for this improvement this will be prioritized in our next Ui/UX overhaul!
We hope to see the improvement sooner than later :)

I agree with Marco. I accidentally and unknowingly hit the symbol during a ride yesterday. I couldn't figure out why I wasn't receiving any traffic updates. Once I eventually figured it out I found it FAR too easy to hit the radar symbol. What's more, when I did re-enable the radar warning the sound had been turned off. It required that I also had to re-enable the alert sound via quick settings. There's definitely a need for UI improvement with this issue.

@Norstrom Howie I like the fact that it is easy to mute the radar - besides tapping the symbol in the upper left corner you can hit the "street with car"-bar on the left side of the screen as well. But IMHO it should be equally easy to reenable it and the actual state should be very easy to recognise. BTW strange, for me the alert sound state is not altered by toggling the radar. (So, this works for my like expected.)
