    I'm not the only one with this problem... so this seems to be a bug. My concerns are about what will happen if battery is at 0% during route, and then you can't charge de device again....

    I had the same issue, not sure what solved it but luckily it went away before karoo 2 reached 0% and so far it didn't reappear.

    I try to do this operation, let karoo2 reach 0% battery, then it shutdowns automatically. Connected charger, and after 1 minute aprox, logo shows charging.... I let it reach 100% charge, and then disconnected and start it. After a few minutes it showed 83%. And I shutdown it again, then connected charging and same issue, it doesn't enter the charging mode, is like is freezed, and doesn't charge at all. I started again, and navigate through menus, configuration.... and see that battery suddenly was showing 23% and go to 0% in less than 2 minutes. I think it is a battery issue or some kind of defect in the unit.

    I'm talking with support now about this issue.

    I am sorry that you are experiencing issues with charging the Karoo2 while powered off. We would definitely like to look into that issue. It sounds like you may have already written to us, Ruben.

    If you have not already, please open a ticket for the issue by emailing us at support@hammerhead.io. Share your Karoo's serial number and the description of what you are experiencing. If you are able to capture a short video detailing this behavior and include it as well, that would be very helpful! We will investigate the issue for you, and work to resolve it! Thanks!
