i have strava premium and currently its playing up on the way and not showing live segmants up on screen while riding them and sometimes it does anyone else currently having any issues

  I have the same problem since yesterday, I can see my starred segments at the karoo segments list, I can see them drawn on the map screen but the live segment popup never appears. I have disabled and reenabled all segments, disabled and enabled notifications but the issue remains. Any suggestions before reseting my Karoo 2?

  I even tried looking in and out of strava too didn't work

  Me too. Live segments are not showing up. Tried the same steps.

   

  It's also showing old data for some segments. It's a nearby segment, not a favourite, but I got a PR on Anstieg Hirzel Nord on july 16,  but hammerhead still shows my old one in the list.

  Same for me, since 2 days my segments don't start. Nothing else has changed, can see all my segments on the map and in the settings, just not starting them anymore when I reach the start of any segment. 
  Doesn't matter whether I loaded a route or not. I'm not doing anything else/new so glad to see I'm not the only one with the issue.

  Had the same problem, solved it with a factory reset, all is back to normal now.

  Throwing in my "me too" also.  Live Segments worked on June 28, but have not worked since June 30.  June 28th was the last I saw them work.  FWIW, they stopped working before I installed the latest update and still do not work since installing it.

  Gonna go the factory reset route.

  I planned a long ride and didn't want any issues so i did the update then factory reset anyway. Solved this issue.

  Factory reset done, live segments are back.

  Also, big thumbs up for the hard reset process. Only setting up WiFi, logging in and the Karoo does the rest, everything exactly as I left it. 2 minute job to do all that and pair my sensors again

  I'm also have an issue with Live Segments not showing up.  Everything appears to be activated.  The problems started around July 28, 2021.  I'm also not getting grouped with other people I'm riding with.  I guess I'll try the factory reset to see if that works.

  I did the hard reset and it mostly solved my issues.  I was once again grouped with other riders.  Most of the segments also appeared.  However, I'm still having problems with at least one segment not showing up.  The Climber feature popped up on this segment, so I don't know if that is overriding the Strava Live Segment or not.  The Strava segement didn't appear in another tray.

  Hi All, we have registered this issue with the software team and looking on it with priority. From the first look, it looks, any one bad segment with faulty data on the GPS coordinates could stop all the segments from working.
