New Karoo 2, first ride flawless, second ride = no sensors, no gps.

Hiya, after a smooth start on the first day with my Karoo 2. The second day is proving to be a bit of the opposite.

I charged the unit up overnight after the first ride. Powered it down in the morning and then have just turned it back on for an afternoon ride and it would appear the Ant+ and bluetooth services are frozen?

It's connected to my phone just fine and the wifi appears to be running as well.

However, starting a ride has all the data fields just sat there showing 0s. This was despite my power meter not being on yet so it should be showing a 'waiting for connection' or something similar? Going to the sensor page just has an endless loading animation and trying to add a sensor just sits there forever as well.

Is there a quick fix for this or is a factory restart task? Rebooting isn't curing it.

Disable and reenable sensors via swiping down the top of the screen. Normally that would help. But aware of the latest software-update: You will loose ANT+ and GPS regularly! You have to dis- and enable sensors again. GPS will reenable by itself.

Standard for my K2, latest F/W and still not up to scratch, I am fed up with the standard response of 'hard reset' or 'disable/re-enable' sensors, sorry but why? it should work and it doesn't.

We are sorry to hear about your experience with the Karoo is not off to a good start but not to worry we are here to help you out :)

As Fahr has suggested, can you please remove your sensors and pair them via ANT+/BLE and observe if the issue persists?
