Rides don't appear on Dashboard
AnsweredI have signed into and out of my account both on my Karoos 2 and on my computer. I can't get my rides to show up on my dashboard or on RWGPS or Strava.
I can upload routes from my computer ,save them, and they appear on my Karoo 2, however my rides still don’t appear on my dashboard, RWGPS or Strava!
What can I do?

Hi David,
We are sorry to hear that your rides do not sync with the 3rd party platforms! We would urge you to go to your Hammerhead Dashboard and disconnect your Strava account. Then log out and back into the dashboard, then reconnect to Strava.
Now go to your Karoo 2, confirm you are connected to wi-fi, log out of your Hammerhead Account (Settings>Hammerhead Account> Sign Out) and then log back in.
Do let us know on the ticket you have opened if you continue to have the same issue.

Sorry to hear this. It does seem that the Karoo may not be connected to a valid network, Could you please connect the Karoo to an alternative WIFI network or hotspot and attempt to sync the rides with the dashboard?
Could you also confirm if you are able to sync your routes from the dashboard to the karoo?
