not uploading to Stava and dashboard

I have saved the ride but it went into a loop and then I turned off the Karoo. The ride shows on the device but would not upload. I understand from other users' tips that I need to download the file and then upload onto Strava. But.. How do I download it? Where to? No idea how to do it. By the way every time I finish a ride it is always a guesswork what i need to press to end and save the ride. This requires improvement!! Thanks for your advice

  You can follow this article: https://support.hammerhead.io/hc/en-us/articles/360005925374--Downloading-a-FIT-file-from-the-Karoo-or-Karoo-2-on-your-PC.

  You can't find the FIT file in the internal storage of the karoo and proceed to upload it directly onto Strava.
