climber problems
AnsweredMy cllimber tab was not automatically appearing despite selecting 'all climbs' in the set up. I was advised to do a hard reset. I did. Now when I want to log into my account on the Karoo, I get a window saying I have to log into my wifi first. But the password for my wifi doesn't seem to be working. Now what? This has rendered my Karoo basically useless until I get this problem sorted out.

We are sorry to hear what the problem is that you're facing on your Karoo! I see that Mia is working along with you on a ticket. Please do share the requested information so she can provide the best solution for you :)
As an alternative, I would urge you to reset your Wi-Fi password if you do not recall it and key in the new password into the Karoo, and proceed to log in to your hammerhead account.
