Ride not correctly recorded

Today I've recorded a Ride and when I've finished I've saved it on my Karoo2, I've added a name and saved... until here all was Ok. ..
On Karoo 2, apparently all was finished Ok, but when I've checked Distance was set to 0.0, and elevation/ascent shown 0m. No ride data was recorded ? But on KAROO2 I'm able to see the Yellow draw of the ride.
Then I've also checked at Dashboard but here it only shows an if it was an empty Ride, no data on it, and any route was shown on the map.
Why data is not set? and Can I recover it in some way ?

Seems like the ride was not recorded perfectly. Can you check the internal storage of the Karoo by following this article: https://support.hammerhead.io/hc/en-us/articles/360005925374--Downloading-a-FIT-file-from-the-Karoo-or-Karoo-2-on-your-PC
You may find the file under the temp files folder.

The only file that corresponds to my today RIDE unfortunately only has 2 kb, but was not saved on 'temp' folder, is under 'FitFiles' but seems that was not correctly saved, or simply was not saved...... mmmm...
Also under this TEMP file there are other files that was not created today, I've found some temp_xxx files with older dates. and Also on "fitfiles" folder there are many 'fit' files with few kb, like 1kb , 2kb.. .3kb...
Seems garbage files, can it be deleted safely?
