  Hey George,

  Thank you for posting! The sync might not be successful if the internet/network connection via the personal hotspot is not strong enough. I would urge you to try refreshing the network connection on your phone once more :)

  The Karoo does not tether a connection from the phone over BT. You will need to hotspot your phone and connect to the phone wifi. Hopefully Hammerhead can add the simplistic data tether feature via phone soon which has been around on competitor devices since the great flood.
