Cannot log in to my account
AnsweredI am having several problems with my new Karoo 2. Lets keep it simple, one topic at a time.
It is connected to my local WiFi network and accomplished the update. Now I am trying to sign in to my account. On this web page I logged out then back in. Rather than using the saved password, I typed in the password to ensure I know the correct one. On the Karoo the response is
Login failed. Login failed. Invalid Credentials.
I use the same email used to log in here: forums@mbkelly.net. As noted, I typed in the same password used to log in here and displayed the password. It was correct. What must be done differently to get my Karoo 2 logged in to my account?

We understand the confusion caused here and we have already raised this further with our product team to develop a Single Sign-On experience with the /karoo & the connected services.
