I am planning a post-fully-vaccinated-Covid-19 ride but the .gpx file cannot be uploaded. Please help!!! The link for the .gpx file is: https://www.dollard-route.de/gps-tracks-der-dollard-route/

  Try this: https://www.gpsvisualizer.com/convert_input

  

  Convert the gpx to another gpx. With me it works in more than 90%.
