Hi Bryan, you do not necessarily require to connect the Karoo 2 to the computer to export the ride file. You can download the FIT files from your Dashboard Hammerhead account: https://dashboard.hammerhead.io/activities

Click on the 3 dots beside any ride and you get the option to download the FIT file. Sharing an Ex.

In case you have ride failure or anything that stops your ride upload to the online Dashboard, you can follow this article on how to connect your Karoo 2 to a PC and export the file.

I replied once and it did not take so try again.  Keeping it short in case my message it not accepted.

I do not know where these three dots are found.  In my desktop computer, on my iPhone, on the Hammerhead web page, or on the Karoo.  Please provide additional details.  On the Karoo, how do I get to the log in page to access my account via the Karoo?  Is that a legitimate question?

Bryan, the 3 dots are on the Hammerhead Dashboard on your PC, Browser. Please check this article for full detail, click on this link: https://support.hammerhead.io/hc/en-us/articles/360003096654-Downloading-a-FIT-file-from-the-Dashboard

For accessing the account login on your Karoo, click on the 4 dots on bottom left-hand side of your Karoo home page. Then find the Settings app within the menu items. Under the Settings app, you will see the Hammerhead account to login.

If you'd like to set up a video call, please make an appointment through this link: Video Chat.

Just connected karoo2 to my Windows 10 and see 3 unrecognized android type devices. Looks like need a proper driver for Windows to recognize it. Is it available or planned?
