Request for API (Application Programming Interface)
AnsweredI am not able to get the data from my Karoo 2, the Karoo, on my computer. Not even to my iPhone, not yet. So, to change tactics, I request an API for the Karoo.
First, you, Hammerhead, select your preferred interface. I can use Wifi, and USB. I will learn Bluetooth. I presume that Bluetooth has an industry standard and will use that. I ask, from you, commands to do the following.
I request a list of files available for me to access.
The Karoo provides the list to include file name, size, and date/time.
I request the files one at a time and the Karoo provides each.
I request that a named file be deleted and the Karoo deletes it. Obviously the Karoo will allow me to delete only the files it lists for me, and maybe only some of them.
How I display the data is up to me.
Will you, Hammerhead, consider providing these commands?

Hi Bryan,
We certainly do plan to share public the API for the Karoo. However, this would be done at a much later stage in our product pipeline. Given the limited resources presently, we would first like to improve & set up a more clear process around this with a more solid structure.
We will be sure to highlight this to our teams regarding your suggestion :)

I would love an API. I just startede using ActicityFix and they use the API for both Garmin and Wahoo. If you made a API that would make that work so much better.
As Bryan wrote - the sooner you make an API the sooner more people will get even more benefit of the Karoo and you will come to a broader audience :-)

Any update on publishing a REST API? Would love to be able to push intervals to the Karoo using ERG/MRC/ZWO files, at the moment that only works with TrainingPeaks/Xert and I'm using intervals.icu.
I do have a workaround for it but it's ugly so official support would be welcome.
