It would be really great to have the ability to set the Dark/Light theme based on light conditions. The, erm, competitor device can adjust dark/light mode based on day or night (I think actual light conditions)

Real world scenario : I live in Australia and generally rides start 06:00 or 06:30 in the morning. In winter this is dark. So when I set out on a ride in the dark, the Light Theme is really distracting as I have this light from the screen shinning in my face. Obviously switching to dark mode will be Ok, but then I have difficulty seeing the device read-out in direct sunshine.

Best of both worlds, get the device to switch dark/light mode based on day light times.

  I'd rather go with light sensor on device but have no idea whether one is present.

  Totally Agreed.

  Looking at the unit closely, I can't see one but then ... I'm no 'lectronics geeneeas! 😋

  I'd be happy if they implement a simple light / dark switcher in the top drawer.

  I think the drawer implementation would be the easiest and greatly appreciated. I'm not a fan of digging in pages of settings while riding to swap between modes.

  Just found out the hard way that there is no easy option to change to dark mode. Winter is coming in Europe, so many of my rides now start in daylight but end in darkness. Switching to dark mode mid-ride is quite difficult, it involves searching through tons of options. Please add a quick switch in the drawer!
