Losing all sensors before ride started
Let me "document" another issue I had yesterday.
About 10 minutes before the ride I turned on K2 and waited until all sensors were found. Then I waited for group rides to begin. Just as we were about to start I noticed screen went off (screen saver?) so I pressed left bottom button and see that K2 is starting to search for sensors again. Just in case this is going bad again, I started ride on my garmin watch. For next 2 miles I watched how K2 was searching and found no sensors, only gps was on but speed was showing 0. I turned it off and on and after restart all was working fine.
I saved ride but posted full ride from my watch instead. Just another case when I was using K2 but not really.
upd: I have stages crank with power/cadence reading, garmin speed sensor, garmin varia radar

Hi Ihor, I have the same sensors (stages, varia, speed sensor, heart rate monitor) and the same thing happens to me. It's just a battery saver thing...you can't wait that long without starting the ride or else the Karoo's sensor pairing system will sleep. The real bug here is how the sensors don't pair a second time. Super frustrating! It would be great if there was a refresh button on the sensors menu to force them to re-search for devices.
Once this happens, I think restarting the device is the quickest solution, although that takes a couple minutes.
Alternatively, if you know you're going to have 10+ minutes of waiting after turning everything on, either (1) tap some buttons every couple minutes, e.g. go to settings menu then back out, to prevent it from going to sleep, or (2) just start the ride. Auto-pause will kick in, so you won't be recording anything until you start moving. But I don't *think* anything will time out / go to sleep if the ride has started.

I too have problems with my Cadence sensor, I start K-2 before the ride and it will pick up my Sensors fine. Then it goes into auto pause and when I start the ride there is NO CADENCE SENSOR found. This has been happening for 3 weeks or more. I have to to into settings find cadence sensor then it connects. It’s frustrating.
