Ride recording missing GPS data
I went for a ride, and now the recording on my hammerhead dashboard (https://dashboard.hammerhead.io/activities) says "Route View is only available for rides with GPS data.". It has the distance, elevation, and time listed on the rides card.
I downloaded the .fit file, and tried to upload to Strava, which said that the file is malformed.
I tried making a bug report on the Karoo 2. After it created the bug report, it said "no apps can perform this action."
Here is the fit file, and here is a screenshot of my dashboard, showing the ride in question.
How can I file a bug report and get this fixed? Is the ride recoverable?

I have a slightly different issue. Did my first ride since the latest upgrade on Friday and my Karoo 2 missed out about 7 miles. I had RidewithGPS and a Garmin running (yes, I know, sad isn't it) and they both agreed as did my wife's Garmin, but the Karoo 2 was off. You could see on the map where it had missed corners. I should have kept the file to send tou you. I'll try again tomorrow.

For the first time since receiving the K2 in February I've held off letting the last firmware upload happen. Call it a gut feeling as we in Canada are nearing the end of the outdoor riding season, I'm about to pass my previous distance total and there's is no way I want to miss a ride being saved or corrupted. It certainly appears this update does just that. Ok Hammerhead, how about an emergency fix rather than waiting another 10 days for the next scheduled update? This should justify overtime as people are losing their data, not "just" dropping sensors and the usual nonsense that's not being addressed in a particularly urgent way.
