Strava live segment data not available

Hi, I have 90 segments stared in Strava : some in the french alps and the others in the region of Paris. For all the segments in the alps I have the mention: “Strava live segment data is not available for this segment. If enabled, you can still see your progress and see segment on the map” Is it normal or not ? With a garmin edge I didn’t have this problem Has somebody got an explanation? Thanks Pierre

  Hi Pierre, This is not normal, but we would like to explore the options for us to fix the problem. Could you please send some of these segment URLs with our team at support@hammerhead.io?
