Problem when loading/synchronising routes from Komoot
Hi, since one of the most recent software updates I have a loading issue with my Karoo 2 when I add a route to Kamoot and synchronize then via Hammerhead Dashboard. The first 50 Kamoot routes appear as normal in the route list of the Karoo but out of those 50 the 10-15 most recent routes don't load. They show the loading symbol (circles) for hours & hours and are not accessible. It makes no difference whether I use WiFi or 4G. There is no kind of message saying what the device is actually trying to do. It takes 12-24 hours for the device to finish or stop whatever it is doing. After that all routes are loaded and accessible. Can you please tell me what is happening and how to solve this.
