    Hi All,

Just an update on your query:

    • We’ve added two new functions to profiles. Now, you can set a profile as Outdoor or Indoor, and Karoo will turn GPS on or off accordingly. You can also set a default bike for each profile, so that tracking mileage on each of your bikes is even easier.

    Thank you!

    I with you on this.

It sucks that on indoor rides, my computer is always on auto-pause and the screen will go into auto screen-off multiple time during the ride.

Did not realize how usefully this function on my previous other computer was, and how annoying it is to do without up till now.

I also don't need GPS tracking data for my indoor trainer rides. This could mean disabling GPS, or marking a profile as 'stationary trainer', or even recognizing an hour-long ride that only covers 40 meters, and discarding the GPS data from the activity.

I can disable auto-pause quite easily, so while it's annoying, it's not a big deal on the bike.  However, when the activity syncs with Strava, the activity is wildly inaccurate. My recent 50-minute trainer session showed up on Strava as a 12-minute, 0.04km ride, and it has a stupid route map.

I have a solution for my Strava problem. After you finish a session, just before saving the activity, you can examine and change your activity details, such as which bike you rode, and also the type of ride, where one of the options is "Trainer". I selected "Trainer" for my activity.  In Strava, the activity is automatically marked as "Indoor Cycling", and there's no stupid map.
