Rubber plug of usb-c port is missing.

Hello, after purchasing the Karoo 2, I set up the navigation, fully charged the battery and set off for testing.

I closed the usb-c port with this rubber plug and went. Unfortunately, I lost it somewhere.

I put on a spare one that was in the box. I noticed that this plug fits very loosely into the socket and there is a possibility that I will lose it again.

So I put black tape on it, but it can't be like that.

Fantastic computer and such a bug in it.

Why is this plug not tethered like in the Karoo 1?

Do you see any solution to this problem?

    Hallo, the plug on my karoo 2 went loose after pulling off the charging cable at the first time! And it is not attached anymore to the device, i have to say a very poor attachment.

    Can the plug be replaced?
