I have paired my di2 with the karoo 2. But in the sensor screen I have no ability to set the gears and the shift modus. In the data screen the gear box is black. I need your help

  I have read this article bevor, but it doesn't solved my problem. I can't see any gears and have no shifting setup menu in the di2 sensor.

  To see the gears you need to pick a data screen layout that includes a graph. Then it will show gears instead of the numerical gear.

  I had the same issue.. I have a Di2 12 speed and I paired the Karoo.  No shifting info... I had to activate the sensor switch on the rear derailleur for the bike to listen.. then it all worked fine...
