HX activity service and location service keep stopping, several apps crashing.

Hi,

I bought a new Karoo 2.During the first rides.the device showed several bugs. the following alerts appeared: "HX activity servce keeps stopping, HX location service keeps stopping, ANT+ has stopped, Launcher has stopped." Also, the device stopped and restarted several times,but the same alerts continued to appear. I ride without sensors, only with the built-in GPS.

Any suggestions? Hard reset necessary?

  Factory reset and ensuring you're on the very latest software release would be a good start.

  If it continues to be a problem after a factory reset and update then "Submit a request" at the top of this page and somebody from Hammerhead should be able to help you.

  Steve, I have the older K2 also. Today while riding the route in reverse direction, error message: "HX app something... closed". Fortunately the RIDE file was saved. It restarted with the route running in the background. I tired to ADD ROUTE, but no route was showing. I stopped, saved, and re-did everything. The TURN BY TURN function stopped working in battery save mode.
