    Hi Txomin, Really sorry for the delay caused in shipping. We have initiated an investigation with the warehouse team and they have already started the investigation. If there are no updates in the tracking link until Monday, we will send out a replacement and prioritize the shipping through a different carrier. Thank you for your patience during this time.

    Hi Hari. I understand, but is a problem for me. how the delay will be compensated?. I place the order on October 21. It's too many days. Also I have not been able to use it in the races scheduled in the indicated delivery times from Hammerhead.

    @Txomin:  Of course, we will talk and get back to you on the ticket as to what the compensation could be. I have set a reminder to follow up with you on Sunday about the proceedings as the warehouse team is currently investigating the issue.
