    I am sorry to hear about the concern. We see you have written to support@hammerhead.io with the same concern. We have responded to your email.

    I appreciate for sharing the file over the email. We analyzed the file you have shared and can see the extension is in the upper case (GPX). The file extensions are case-sensitive. The upper case file extension tends to fail to import on most of the platforms. I have changed the file format and was able to import it to the Dashboard without any problem.

    Also, I have shared the file with the changes.

    That works, indeed.

    Should be mentioned in your FAQ espcially since all reference to GPX are uppercase.

    This would reduce customer's frustration.
