Brittle K2 bracket are HH going to sell seperately

There appears to be a growing amount of people suffering from brittle fractures on the K2 mount, are HH looking into the compound used, possibly increase the impact modifier?

Also are HH going to stock the inserts separately and list on the webshop so users can purchase rather than being forced to purchase a full mount at £40?

Mine failed this weekend, hoping HH will send replacement insert!

  Can't help but notice what looks like dirt or mud....is this a gravel or MTB?  Could understand (but not happy about) them being a little more susceptible on these kinds of rides.  Hope this isn't widespread.

  No, I had the same problem. Road cycling only, 9 months, <4000k with the HH mount. I use the garmin mount on other bikes.

  I had the same type of crack as the one above and was sent a template for feedback about these cracks, which makes me think it's a common issue they are trying to tackle. Will probably require a different plastic compound or a new design for the mount completely...

   

   

  Ps hammerhead have solved it well, was sent a replacement (took a few weeks though)

  Raceware have designed and produced a solution quicker than the time HH have responded, hang on they haven't even responded yet!

  @Ali any chance of a response on this, can I purchase a few pucks separately or will HH send some out? Just spent another £20 on a third party replacement but it’s no good, the K2 rattles around on it, way to loose.
