HELP ARTICLES DON'T CONTAIN SOLUTIONS! :-(
TO THE COMMUNITY:
I've had my Karoo 2 for about 10 months now, and use it on all my road bikes. They all have different power meters and sensors. I'm now getting more serious about tracking data. I have found problems particularly with Assioma duo pedals (no power or cadence displayed, despite being paired through BT; Ant+ doesn't find them at all). Also can't get SRM power meter to connect.
Looking at the Help Articles section has largely been unhelpful. Mostly folks indicating problems, most are old (with the oldest being displayed first--totally dumb), with no indicated resolutions.
I guess I'm missing where the community goes to actually solve problems.
Anyone who can help with this I would be most appreciative.

@Naran: We are sorry for not getting back to you sooner. I see that you are having trouble with pairing the Assioma Duo pedals over ANT+. We can help you to troubleshoot this issue. Since we haven't heard back from you after responding to this issue on November 16 over email, I have created another support ticket requesting some additional details and I request you follow up on the ticket with the required information.
