Multiple recording failures but report here dissapears

I posted a report here a couple of weeks ago about a ride that stopped recording 8.4 mi into a 70 MI ride. The ride on the device shows an 8. 4 mi ride but the accompanied map shows the entire ride. This follows my Karoo2 failing to record at least 2 other rides even though it appeared to be recording fine. More concerning is that my report here also seems to have failed to record i.e it disappeared. Frankly, I've lost confidence in this device. As good as the navigation is, it fails to do the most basic task of recording a ride, making it unreliable. I'm pretty sure my posted observations with my bike clubs along with the almost cult like defence by one member who is a beta tester has cost you several sales. If I were still in my return window, I would happily move on. You're still a better choice than Garmin IMO, so I guess you have that.
