QUARQ powermeter connectivity

For a few rides now connectivity with my Quarq power is not stable. Usually it starts ok but after some time the connection is lost and within a few seconds reestablished. Very annoying when executing a powerbased training.

Today the training block part of screen of my screen froze during the last part of my training. It is the part of the screen shown in the image. The timer and the indicator for the training still worked. I do not know if this is related to one another but during training this information must be available to have an effective training.

Any solution for both issues?

  After a factory reset there was no issue with the powermeter connectivity. Fingers crosse this is structural.

  A few rides later everything still works. So I am OK. Had to reenter some manual settings for the sim card to ensure live tracking and my training zones to see the correct zones I had to train in.
