The device never synchronizes with the dashboard, neither the workouts, nor the rides nor of course the routes.

To solve it I have to sign out of the hammerhead account from the karoo, link it again and then the device stays frozen. I always get a Black screen with continuous restarts, and I have to manually restart the karoo to get it to work again.

When I manually restart it I get the sync to work again, but only once. The next ride I do I have to repeat the whole process which is really a PitA:-(

FYI, I have the karoo 2 updated to the latest firmware version, I use it on a samsung galaxy note 10 pro via wifi, and also via data.
