Forbidden, Invalid authenticity token - Work around
AnsweredTrying to login into the community forum, I always get the error message:
"Forbidden, Invalid authenticity token."
For me, this is caused by my browser being set to block 3rd party cookies. This is known as a cross-origin resource sharing (CORS) issue.
Hammerhead community is a Zendesk support forum. You can authenticate directly by opening a new tab and go to:
https://hammerheadteam.zendesk.com/auth/v2/login/signin
It won't redirect you back to the community forum...you can:
- close the tab and go back to the tab you had open
- or go to https://support.hammerhead.io/ directly
You can spot this issue in the developer console and find the link above in there too.
