Map is locked

During a ride, my rider icon denoting my location was locked which meant that my map moved on my karoo2 and within a minute my gps location was off the map screen so I couldn’t track my position on a route. How do I fix so my gps location remains in the oddly of my screen. Thx.

  In think the map is not locked.

  There's a small lock icon on the left side of the screen, with two states:

  • unlocked: you can move the map and search for something
  • locked: it follows your position
