Can't fetch workouts from TrainingPeaks

I can't see on the dashboard (and for a consequence on the Karoo 2), the workouts that I have on my TrainingPeaks account, but whenever I ride the Karoo 2 is able to record the ride on TrainingPeaks (so they are connected properly). I there anything I can try apart from disconnecting and connecting again which I already tried?

  After contacting with the support team, they find out that the problem was that my training was lack of intervals and apparently this is needed.
