    Hi Alan, sorry to see that the help articles haven't been useful. We would love to speak with you and help you out with anything that you find confusing using the Karoo 2. Even though we do not have direct phone line support yet, we do not hold ourselves back and are able to schedule a video call with you always. I see that you were working with Ankit yesterday on a separate support request id: 82953. I have instructed Ankit to provide you with the bookings for the video call with us. Thanks!
