I have imported many off road Komoot routes for gravel events and have never had an issue with K1 or K2 and Ive had both from launch. Providing you don't alter any way points in the HH dashboard after you have imported it will keep the original track.

Thanks, Pantani (wow!) for the quick response and the comforting answer. Nothing keeps me from buying one now and abandon my Garmin (never got used to the chaotic interface...)

    Cheers,

HH updates frequently the soft, but seems not do the same with the maps.

At last, in my zone (Catalonia) most of the tril forks are missing.

I'm importing the routes from other app (Wikiloc) and where K2 doesn't have the trails, seems like I drive over nowhere.

And in my case, all MTB, this hack my experience.

Hi Norman, thanks for sharing your experience. Looks like the combination Wikiloc and HH isn't a happy one :-/ Did you ever import routes from Komoot? (It is free for your own region)

    Cheers,

    Rob

Yes, and it's the same. I use Wikiloc to search routes in his huge database and export the gpx and komoot to create my own routes.

The issue is that the maps database in K2, hasn't included all the trails and you are not able to improve the maps.

In Komoot, you could improve the maps, and it will update in a couple of weeks.

Without a good trails map database, the rerouting isn't good for MTB.

Probably for other bike modalities, is enought.
