Karoo 2 Workout Inconsistencies
AnsweredI have recently moved away from using a third party (Zwift, RGT, Rouvy, etc.) for trainer sessions. I like that the Karoo 2 gives me just the data I need for my workout. However when the workout loads I'm seeing wattages like 30% lower than they should be. I can't make use of a workout that doesn't give me proper wattages. I've checked my FTP everywhere I could think to. I tried adjusting zones in TrainingPeaks. I look at the same workout in RGT and it's showing the proper wattages across intervals. I've searched and found no one else really talking about this issue or any resolution. How does anyone effectively use Karoo 2's structured workouts? Thanks.

Hi Andrew, if the FTP value seems correct on all the platforms, I would request you try disconnecting the Training peaks and connecting back to see if it helps. If not, could you please share the workout files with us at support@hammerhead.io?

I am also suffering from this. Power FTP + Training Zones and HR Max + Rest + Zones are configured in TrainingPeaks but they are not synchronised with the device. Disconnecting and re-connecting to TrainingPeaks didn't fix it and I am resulting to manually update them everything there a new FTP or HR Test
