Tengo el tlf perfectamente conectado con el K2 y todos los permisos concedidos en el tlf , tanto de ubicación como de uso dela aplicación Karoo Companion en segundo plano, y no recibo ninguna , en el k2 están todas activadas , alguna idea de como solucionarlo?

  It would be great if you can help me with a few more details to have this looked into and give you the solution.
  
  1. Can I know on which android version are you currently on?
  2. Do share the Make and model of the phone you are using.
  3. Can I know if you have tried connecting any other android device to test this?
  4. Please do confirm if notification services on the phone should be enabled to appear when the phone is locked?

  Hi 1 Android version is 11RKQ1 2. The model MI 9 T Pro 3. I didn't test with another phone, but this same phone has been connected to my Garmin devices without problem 4. Notifications are enabled in all states including locked phone. Thank you and best regards !!!

  Thanks for sharing the details.

  I would like to work with you and have the notification pop on your Karoo. I have gone ahead and created a ticket where you and I can look into this and help you resolve the trouble with notification.
