  Yep. Traded in my old Garmin 820 and got 113€ last Wednesday. Took a while but finally came through.

  Your Trade-in rebate will be posted back to your original method of payment on your Karoo 2 order within 60 - 90 days of successful processing of the trade-in unit.

  How long does it normally take to get the return details, I filled in the trade-in form before xmas and haven't heard anything back yet.

  I have not recieved any refund details, other then my purchase invoice. After x days I had the money refunded to my Paypal account. Is also in the conditions; between 60 and 90 days you get the refund if the returned device is correct.

  I sent my trade-in device 5 weeks ago. I would have expected at least a response that my device has arrived. Til today no reaction and no refund.
