    Thanks for the correction, Chris and sorry for the mistake this one time. We will try and be better next time.

    The upgrade process is complete, and we did not see a spike in customer issues. This outage can be considered as resolved, and if anyone is still facing any issues with the login, syncing capabilities - please contact our team at support@hammerhead.io

    Friendly tip guys...  your userbase is global so 'EST' doesn't really mean much.  Can you be a little more specific in relation to time zones?  Thanks (from EST in Australia)
