We appreciate your patience as we complete regular scheduled maintenance on our servers to upgrade our Database. Please be advised you may experience a downtime period between the hours of 8:00 PM EST, January 20th and 2:00 AM EST, January 21st.
Customer-facing Impacts
- Authentication (logging in on dashboard, resetting password, creating an account) will potentially be impacted.
- Karoo ride uploads will potentially be disrupted. When the outage is over, queued uploads should automatically resume.
- Route and workout sync will potentially be disrupted.
- Your ability to record your ride on Karoo will NOT be disrupted at all.

Thanks for the correction, Chris and sorry for the mistake this one time. We will try and be better next time.
The upgrade process is complete, and we did not see a spike in customer issues. This outage can be considered as resolved, and if anyone is still facing any issues with the login, syncing capabilities - please contact our team at support@hammerhead.io
